Main Responsibilities

As Data Analyst you will be responsible for:

• analyse the behaviour of our services for  reporting and forecasting purposes.
• perform system budget analysis 
• Analyse users activity
• Prioritize multiple open issues.
• Contributing to the preparation of technical documentation .
• Supporting systems integration activities (meetings with partners and ESA).

Successful Candidate

Your skills: 

•  Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite of applications, in particular Excel
• Writing documentation in English
• Knowledge of ticketing management
• Pro­active problem solving attitude
• English Level B1-B2 , written and spoken
