Main Responsibilities

As System Administrator you will concentrate your activities on the following:

  • Capabilities to develop and follow structured approaches for incident detection, response, and resolution
  • Plan for future expansion requirements in collaboration with Service Manager and Data and IT architect;
  • Collaborate with IT assurance and performance officer to analyze and sustain capacity and performance requirements;
  • Administer COTS and corporate own developed software solutions;
  • Handle vendor escalations;
  • Perform, in close collaboration with the team, typical system administrative activities including daily performance monitoring, routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance, updating, controlling access permissions and privileges or issue troubleshooting and resolution;
  • Ensure compliance with standard practices, processes and enterprise standards;
  • Administer Microsoft servers and Microsoft management solution SCCM and SCOM;
  • Administer the image build process;
  • Administer our Active Directory and Azure Active directory;
  • Administer Microsoft security infrastructure.

Successful Candidate

Do you think you are the person we are looking for? See below what experience or knowledge you should bring:

  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Active directory and Azure Active Directory and the security aspect of them. Also best practices of security management with GPOs needs to be know;
  • Experience with operational automation;
  • Ability to create and maintain automation scripts;
  • Experience with the management of Identity Management Solution;
  • Strong expertise in recent security standards and technologies;

Desirable:

  • Grabbing initiatives, searching and finding for improvement possibilities to enhance system availability, performance and security;
  • Good documentation skills and understanding the importance of documentation when working as a team.
