We are hiring a Project Manager for an International organization in Warsaw and various locations around Europe.
Main Responsibilities
Task 1: Provision of the project management services for Digital Projects Sector (with focus on INTEL Portfolio projects):
- Support Digital Projects Sector (in particular from INTEL portfolio) with project management on project initiation and delivery.
- Project management of the:
- large scale and long term projects
- with goal to implement collaboration platform, based on the sharepoint 365 presenting content from different sources
- with goal to implement solutions based on the micro frontend architecture
- for public sector
- with law-enforcement component
- based on the Microsoft suite and cloud technology including Teams, Share Point, …
- Management of project Teams of est. 1-10 Experts
- Organizing work in scrums (supported by Azure DevOps tool)
- Working with 3rd party suppliers (Contractors) representing the organisation and its affairs
- Managing internal stakeholders with the special focus on the Business Managers, Process Owners, and Management of Business Divisions (in particular INTEL)
- Taking responsibility for the full project cycle (initiation, planning, monitoring and controlling, executing and closing)
- Executing all project management processes up to the organisational standards set by PM2 methodology and internal organisational regulations, with focus on Cyber Sec, personal data privacy, risk and issue management, reporting
- Plan and report on tasks
- Taking responsibility for the number of the projects and initiatives at the same time
Successful Candidate
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Bachelor's or Master's Degree
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager.
- Knowledge and experience in applying of project management methodologies and methods.
- Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies.
- Possesses a thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs.
- Is conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project and the relevant Specific Contracts.
- Presents excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality written material and presentations for a variety of audiences.
- Aligns his work easily to the changing environment, is able to work effectively in a variety of situations, seeks improvements and proactively looks to further improvements.
- Presents strong problem-solving skills.
- Displays strong leadership.
- Possesses the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers and suppliers
SPECIFIC SKILLS
- Experienced in organization of work in scrums.
- Experienced in managing Team work with Azure DevOps.
- Client oriented and experienced in Business Stakeholders management.
- Experienced in projects to implement ontology/taxonomy management systems.
- Experienced in projects aimed to develop solution in Orchard or other similar application framework.
- Experienced in data integration projects.
