Main Responsibilities
The Personal Assistant to General Manager supports the General Manager in all aspects of the daily operations of the association. The successful candidate will focus his/her activities on the following tasks:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Preparation and distribution of agendas, notices, reports for monthly board and annual meetings
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organising events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses

- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
- Previous experience of administration or personal assistant work
- Ability to work on MS Office 365
- Fluent in English
