We are hiring a Business Analyst for an European Agency in Warsaw and various locations around Europe.
Main Responsibilities
- Models and documents value chain/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities and data.
- Elicits and analyses business needs, requirements and user stories,
- Supports business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software development
- Maintains and tracks requirements/user stories in systems lifecycle
- Transfers business, users and technical needs into business requirements specification,
- Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system features
- Analyses available systems
- Supports identification of options for potential solutions
- Supports preparation of business cases and feasibility studies
- Contributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management.
- Responsible for designing, validating, and testing business processes for achieving business process excellence
- Responsible for taking a holistic approach in the planning and managing of a programmes for continuous improvements of business processes
- Responsible for coaching Frontex staff on upcoming changes, ensuring that a plan is in place to teach new skills and/or process changes
- Collaborates with owners of end-to-end processes to continually seek out process improvements
- Identifies opportunities for business process improvement leading to improved customer service, lower
Successful Candidate
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree within an ICT Field is mandatory
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES
At least 2 certifications among:
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
• Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent
• or equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by
the Contracting Authority)
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
[01] Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solution
[02] Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation,
[03] Knowledge in requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis,
[04] Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram,
logical data model etc.)
[05] Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others
[06] Presents excellent analytical and communication skills
[07] Holds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively
[08] Presents problem solving skills
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
[01] Ability to evaluate and translate mobile usability standards
[02] Proficient in gathering and refining mobile-specific requirements via user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog grooming.
[03] Understanding of platform guidelines (Apple and Android), app store constraints, and push notification policies.
[04]Ability to use UX tools like Figma
