Job Introduction

We are hiring a Manual Tester for European Commission in Brussels and various locations around Europe.
Main Responsibilities
• Definition of test plans and test cases.
• Construction of test scenarios and scripts.
• Execution of tests.
• Test coordination.
• Reporting of test results.
Successful Candidate
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Knowledge of testing technologies, tools and techniques.
- Hands-on experience in the manual Testing.
- Knowledge of a Test Management Tool (e.g. Zephyr).
- Knowledge of a Defect Tracking tool (e.g Jira).
- Experience testing in complex systems with several interconnected applications.
- Experience in the test data preparation, also with SQL databases.
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team;
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects;
- Excellent Team Player.
- High degree of discretion and integrity is required as the applications managed and maintained in EMPL, A4 contain personal and confidential data.
