Main Responsibilities

We are currently seeking to employ highly motivated Approach Air Traffic Controllers to work in an exciting innovative international environment in one of our prestigious customers based in Luxembourg.

The Key Person will ensure support to the Approach Control service, covering mainly the following responsibilities:

  • Guiding aircraft from air space route towards the landing runway at their arrival;
  • Guiding aircraft towards the appropriate air space route at their departure;
  • Issuing clearances and information for the purpose of preventing collision between aircraft under its control and expediting and maintaining an orderly flow of traffic;
  • Ensuring the control of flying aircraft in the terminal area.

Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will bring:

  • a valid Approach Radar License;
  • an ICAO English Level 4 or above proficiency;
  • a valid ATC medical certificate European Class 3;
  • the successful completion of the relevant courses compliant with European Regulations;
  • a validated Approach Rating working in a busy and restricted TMA environment;
  • previous experience in working with adjacent units;
  • minimum 5 years' experience exercising Approach within a major international airport;
  • previous experience within a multi-cultural environment;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • team work spirit.

An OJTI rating will be seen as asset.
