Main Responsibilities
As SharePoint Administrator you will concentrate your activities on the following:
- Write and execute PowerShell scripting
- Support High Availability farms
- Monitor and Administer farm’s SQL Servers
- Support Managed Metadata service architecture and SharePoint Enterprise Search functionality
- Support incident and problem management in accordance to SLAs and the procedures in place
- Troubleshooting on a regular basis
- Provide support for developers or architects upon request
- Support the disaster recovery plan
- Support the hardening of SP applications
- Document infrastructure changes/implementations
- Perform continuous performance optimisation of SP farm
- Support SharePoint migrations
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
- Strong understanding of SharePoint Portals and related technologies in the Microsoft stack
- Strong knowledge of the setup, monitoring, and administration of a SharePoint 2016 or later on-prem Farm environment
- Extensive experience in SharePoint 2016 and higher
- Experience in SharePoint migrations
- Experience working with SQL Server
- Experience working in Azure DevOps Server (former TFS) will be considered a plus
- Experience in High Availability(HA) farms
- Experience Managed Metadata service architecture and SharePoint Enterprise Search functionality
- Strong experience in PowerShell scripting (execution and writing) for automation

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
Required:
- SharePoint 2016 or higher
- SharePoint 2016 App Model or higher
- SQL server Administration on HA environments
- Programming knowledge in PowerShell Scripting
- Solid knowledge of Active Directory
Desirable:
- Programming knowledge in .NET, C#
- Experience in implementation of ITIL Best Practices
- Rapid self-starting capability and team player
- Open-minded and committed to continuous learning
- Experience with Nintex
- Experience with ShareGate
- Experience in ZeroTrust security model
Working Language
- The working language is English.
