Main Responsibilities
As Service Desk Agent you will concentrate your activities on the following:
- Questions or requests regarding simple technical and organisational problems will be answered or solved right away by providing information or providing a first level solution.
- Room booking requests will be handled within a maximum of 24 hours.
- Support for facility management issues in ticketing all needs via a software program for furniture, cleaning, disposal of waste, badge, building access, keys, parking, provision of refreshments, lighting, power supply, heating and cooling, files archives.
- The communication officer also provides support for technical translations.
- The communication officer has also to respond to international incoming calls to the EPO and aims to provide a first level of information’s (EPO address, extension numbers, short presentation) and to route these calls to EPO employees, to a patent information desk and to introduce them to principal directors, vice-president and president office.
- Full training is provided.
Successful Candidate
Do you think you are the person we are looking for? See below what experience or knowledge you should bring:
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Very good communication and customer service skills.
- English skills level C1+.
- German skills level C1 or French skills level C1.
- To answer all incoming calls arriving at the the client customer service numbers.
- Creation of CRM contacts where required.
- Registration of communications on CRM database.
- Execution of all Tasks defined in Daily Tasks.
Availability to work part-time: 20h/week.
