We are hiring a Secure Data and Document Exchange Expert (SDDE) - 6028 for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics) in Brussels. DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

Main Responsibilities

As Secure Data and Document Exchange Expert (SDDE) - 6028 you will be responsible for:
- Provide expert advice on confidentiality, integrity, authorization, authentication, nonrepudiation, availability
- Assist the team to plan and deliver necessary evolutions to enhance integration, functionality and security of the different solutions
- Provide comprehensive guidance and consulting for the optimization of the integration of tools
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of specifications related to the solutions
- Coordinate Testing of applications against Business requirement and specifications

Successful Candidate
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
- Master Degree of 5 years
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Good knowledge of the legal framework for the use of trust services: the Electronic Identification and Trust Services Regulation (eIDAS Regulation 910/2014/EC)
- Good knowledge of Prince 2 and PM² Project Management methodologies
- Good knowledge of RUP@EC and Agile@EC methodologies
- Good knowledge of cryptography and encryption and Web Security
Due to the particular nature of a large international organisation such as the European Commission, candidates should also have the following non-technical skills:
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team;
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects;
- Excellent Team Player
- Ability to understand, speak and write English C2 will be an advantage
- High degree of discretion and integrity is required as the applications managed and maintained in DIGIT B3 contain personal and confidential data
