Job Introduction

We are hiring a Customer Relationship Management for European Commission in Brussels and various locations around Europe.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing and supporting IT portfolio and project management tasks.
- Coordination and collaboration with diverse project and business teams.
- Documenting and tracking project statuses and resource usage.
- Utilizing and managing Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing his/her own workload independently, providing status updates, liaising with others and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Solid understanding of IT Portfolio and Project Management methodologies.
- Proficient in using Portfolio Management tools and software.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or PM2.
- Familiarity with repository solutions like GovIS2 or ServiceNow, preferably.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for technical and non-technical engagements.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of producing clear and structured technical and non-technical documentation.
- Adaptable to new and dynamic environments and capable of working with fast-changing technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand what each stakeholder wants and needs.
- Aptitude to foster positive relationships.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prepare clear and well-structured documents, and presentations.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Bachelor's or Master's degree
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Reporting after various meetings, boards (like IT and Cybersecurity Board).
- Assistance with meeting minutes, reports, various documents.
- Interaction with business units, other DGs/stakeholders.
- Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of digital solutions.
- Creation of stakeholder maps or similar.
- Creation of adoption dashboards and reports.
- Resolving stakeholder requests quickly and efficiently.
- Contributing to the success of digital projects and initiatives by keeping stakeholders updated to ensure their adoption of digital solutions.
- Identifying the services needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Autonomously turn communication objectives into strategies, tasks and activities and oversee / contribute to their implementation.
- Managing communications and defining strategies to increase results in line with defined adoption targets (from awareness to action).
- Creating and enforcing plans that help meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Tracking of project portfolios and associated services.
- Ensure compliance with internal protocols and regulatory standards.
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and documenting technical meetings and workshops.
- Facilitate communication among different project teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
