Role Responsibility

As Project Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Support the delivery of projects and workstreams.
  • Prepare, facilitate, and track a variety of meetings with different stakeholders to secure technical. alignment, common understanding of objectives, deliverables, ownerships and timelines and ensure documentation of relevant outcomes.
  • Support building up a regular track record of project documentation within JIRA regarding workstreams status, progress/achievements, next steps, risks, issues, dependencies, mitigations
  • Support senior management presentations & decision-making material where necessary
  • Engage stakeholders such as managers, IT specialists, SME’s, architects, suppliers to deliver project outputs.
  • Proactively manage variances and changes on scope, time, cost, and quality.
  • Identify risks and propose appropriate mitigating actions.
  • Align expectations across stakeholders and facilitate decision-making in a timely and effective manner.

Successful Candidate

  • IT experience with experience in IT projects, strong affinity with IT technology.
  • Comfortable with the aspects of project management.
  • Structured, self-starting, and mature on stakeholder management.
  • Team player with strong hands-on mentality.
  • Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Resourceful, able to anticipate on unforeseen situations and build contingency plans.
  • Experience with business and IT processes.
  • Degree educated with a learner mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with operations and Service Management (ITIL) is beneficial.
  • Project management certification is beneficial.
  • A background in consultancy is beneficial.
