Main Responsibilities
- Request and consolidate the scope of the release and all the individual dependencies
- Request the release package and all the required quality checks
- Maintain a calendar with all the activities related to the Release and resolve any conflicts
- Communicate the rollout of the a new release to both business and non-business stakeholders
- Support the rollout activities of the new releases
- Work with the team from the planning phase to the deployment phase through the development and testing phases
Successful Candidate
- Relevant studies in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines
- Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies
- Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
- Team management skills
- Experience in the use of Application Release Automation tools
- Knowledge of traditional agile methodologies, including Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban
- Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating system
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in IT projects as Release Manager, Project Manager or project coordinator
