We are seeking a Mission Expert to join our service team at CNES and work on their exciting missions in Toulouse.

Main Responsibilities
As a Mission Expert you will:
- Planning, scheduling, execution and reporting of real-time nominal and contingency operations
- Trend analysis of incoming data from different mission entities
- Testing, simulation, and validation of planned operations
- Investigation and analysis of problems
- Generation of anomaly isolation and recovery strategies
- Contribution to operational documentation
- Preparation of payload operations support (Payload procedures, Commissioning procedures etc.)
- Generation of training documentation
- Training for flight operations
Successful Candidate
Do you think you are the person we are looking for? See below what experience or knowledge you should bring:
- MSc in Space Engineering or related
- 3+ years of experience in space systems engineering and earth observation
- Experience with flight operations
- Experience with SCOS-2000 or similar mission control systems
- Experience working in mission programming, command/control chain, TT&S, or payload data stations
- Business knowledge of satellite positioning and maintenance (chronology of operations, FDS, etc)
- Business skills in the field of data production/reprocessing
- Experience with atmospheric chemistry or infrared remote sensing
- Experience with writing technical documentation
- Skills in the field of Technical and Operational Qualification at Mission System Level (System tests)
- Eligible to work in the EU
- Fluent in French and English
