Responsibilities
- Participation in the development and maintenance of the existing EESSI components in particular in the testing phase.
- Participating in the design and development of the future EESSI components, in particular in the testing phase.
- Preparing, facilitating, and reporting about the testing activities.
- Analysing issues reported by EESSI stakeholders and check reproductivity of the issues in timely manner
- Collaboration with the Business Analyst team and development team with what relates to quality assurance and quality control processes
- Risk analysis with regards to the testing activities and the delivery deadlines
- Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters, Quality Plans and Security Plans when needed
- Interaction with other business analysts, business owners, customer, users, project leaders and the other testers in the team

Successful Candidate
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
- Bachelor's level or 3 years of higher education
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Self-motivated and autonomous, with ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills, ability to approach problems from multiple angles and find creative solutions
- Proven capacity to analyse complex information, to consider options in a clear and structured way, to propose and implement recommendations and to make sound decisions
- Ability to work effectively both with team members and with customers
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, to make timely decisions, to reprioritize tasks responding to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment
- Rapid self-starting capability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing technical analysis.
- Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.
- Ability to apply high quality standards.

Due to the particular nature of a large international organisation such as the European Commission, candidates should also have the following non-technical skills:

- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on multiple large projects;
- Excellent Team Player
- High degree of discretion and integrity is required as the applications managed and maintained inEMPL,A.4 contain personal and confidential data
