IT Process Engineer / Specialist (3-month mission)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an  IT Process Engineer / Specialist based at ESOC.

Role Responsibility

The ideal candidate will focus his/her activities on the following:

• Analyse, review and assess existing service management processes and documentation;
• In collaboration with the project team amend and improve processes and workflows;
• Documentation updates/creation (Process flows and descriptions);

Successful Candidate

The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:

Essential for the position is the following:

* Extensive experience designing, implementing and maintaining IT service management processes (ITIL based);

* Proven ability to quickly gather and analyse underlying workflow and process data/information;

* Proven documentation skills (including VISO process drawings and process descriptions);

* Excellent experience with common ITSM toolsets;

* Project management experience;

* Good communication skills;

* Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation and ability to work in a team;

* IT service management background;

* In-depth understanding of critical operational environments.

The following is desirable:

* Advanced ITIL certification a plus;

* Experience with HPE/Micro Focus Service Manager a plus.
