IMACD Support Agents

We are hiring an IMACD Support Agents for our European Institutions for IT services across Luxembourg

Role Responsibility

As IMACD Support Agents you will be responsible for:

  • Support for IMACD operations for End-User equipment (PCs, peripherals and VoIP phones in accordance with user requests and management validation);
  • Keep the CMDB up-to-date;
  • Prepare IT equipment;
  • Manage IT Stock (In/Out), (Physical + CMDB update);
  • Manage quarantine;
  • Manage hard drive sanitization;
  • Manage testing machines;
  • installation of standard images on machines;
  • Preparation, storage and delivery for donations;
  • Storage, selective waste sorting, recycling;
  • Identify and escalate major incidents to management;
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates;
  • Resolve hardware incidents, replacing or upgrading equipment as necessary;
  • Replace hardware;
  • Test and maintain equipment.

Successful Candidate

The IMACD agent shall possess the following specific skills and experience:

  • Experience with MS Office Suite;
  • Experience with Microsoft OS (Windows 10);
  • Problem solving skills;
  • Knowledge of ticketing and CMDB tools;
  • Ability to work in a co-operative way;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  •  Attention to detail;
  • Strong work ethic;
  • Experience in troubleshooting PCs/Laptops/Tablets, VPN, etc.;
  • Customer and Service focus;
  • Spoken and written interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Ethernet and Wi-Fi networks standards;
  • Knowledge of VoIP telephony environments;
  • Experience in installing routers, switches and with patching cables
  • Knowledge of market standard products (e.g., Windows, PCs, external devices)
  • Experience with ticketing tools and configuration management tools
