Job Introduction

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit two HPE ALM Tool Support Experts on our prestige customer site in central Frankfurt, Germany.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deployment of hosts, software/services, patches and hotfixes, add-ins etc
  • License management for the specific products
  • Operational support (task and incident management in collaboration with customer's Service Desk)
  • Second line user support for end users and project teams
  • Communication with software vendor
  • Production and update of required documentation
  • Interface/integration management (setup and monitoring)
  • Workflow scripting for HP ALM in VB
  • Certificate management (in collaboration customer's Security)
  • Site Administration for HP ALM
  • User management for HP ALM
  • Site monitoring and optimisation
  • Test Lab Management
  • Template management and rollout
  • Maintenance of Knowledge Base

Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Bachelor’s  degree  in  information  technology,  computer  science,  information system security, or related disciplines
  • experience  with deploying, using, and supporting HPE ALM products as listed below from an administrative
