Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit two HPE ALM Tool Support Experts on our prestige customer site in central Frankfurt, Germany.
Main Responsibilities
- Deployment of hosts, software/services, patches and hotfixes, add-ins etc
- License management for the specific products
- Operational support (task and incident management in collaboration with customer's Service Desk)
- Second line user support for end users and project teams
- Communication with software vendor
- Production and update of required documentation
- Interface/integration management (setup and monitoring)
- Workflow scripting for HP ALM in VB
- Certificate management (in collaboration customer's Security)
- Site Administration for HP ALM
- User management for HP ALM
- Site monitoring and optimisation
- Test Lab Management
- Template management and rollout
- Maintenance of Knowledge Base
Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information system security, or related disciplines
- experience with deploying, using, and supporting HPE ALM products as listed below from an administrative
point of view. (M) stands for mandatory, the other items can be learned on the job.
