As Full-Stack Developer (FSD) you will be responsible for:

The consultant will work on activities included in Unit I03 Work Programme and will be expected to contribute to all the tasks listed below:

Analyse change requests, assess impact on components and/or overall architecture and identify alternative solutions;
Development of front-end website architecture.
Design of user interactions on web pages.
Development of back-end website applications.
Implement core business logic.
Creation of servers and databases for functionality.
Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
Cross-platform optimisation.
Design responsive applications.
Design and develop APIs.
Compile and analyse data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.
Meet both technical and consumer needs.
Integrate results in the EMM platforms;
Write technical documentation.

PROFILE AND LEVEL

Full-stack developer Level 8

KNOLEDGE AND SKILLS

We seek an experienced full-stack developer with extensive Java programming language knowledge and experience in Web applications and Web services design and development.
• Very Good knowledge of English;

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

In-depth knowledge of:

Java programming language including I/O, concurrency, localization.
ECMAScript (being able to program JavaScript code even without libraries or frameworks).
Main JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, D3.js, Angular, ExtJS).
Applications design including usage of templating systems like Bootstrap.
AJAX connections.
Tomcat servlet container including installation, maintenance, finetuning and web application design.
Service Oriented Architectures (REST).
XML, XSL including Java libraries to parse and transform XML.
JSON including Java libraries to parse and serialize data.
Relational DBMS programming including SQL and JDBC.
Versioning systems.
Testing.
HTML5, CSS3 and/or SCSS.
Modelling tools. UML.

Good knowledge of:

Internet protocols including HTTP, TCP/IP.
MS Windows Server OS.
Web application development without J2EE frameworks (only servlet container).
Authentication protocols.
Relational DBMS including MySQL and/or SQLite and/or PostgreSQL.
Versioning system tools like Git.
Business process analysis.
IT Infrastructure Library framework.

Optional skills:

Experience with Text Mining tools and techniques.
Knowledge of additional languages, besides English.
Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g. Python, Objective C, etc.) frameworks (e.g.: Typescript, ReactJS, Node.js).
Experience with LDAP and/or MS Active Directory.
Index technologies like Lucene, Solr, Elastic search, etc.
