Job Introduction

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic FM Service Desk Operator to join our team in Frankfurt

Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities : 

  • Handling Incoming Calls
  • Service Request Ticket Management
  • Meeting Room & Service Bookings
  • Customer Support & Communication
  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Collaboration with FM Teams
  • Continuous Improvement

Successful Candidate

  • Secondary school graduation (preferably high school graduation / Abitur) plus professional education
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience and in case of existing academic study
  • 2 years of professional experience in relevant fields
  • Excellent customer service skills as well as very good communication and diplomacy skills
  • Basic technical expertise for the scope of the Managed Services
  • Basic knowledge of Facility Management standards such as GEFMA
  • Good knowledge of invitation management and processes for conferences meetings and of respective tools
  • Good knowledge of ticket systems or CAFM software, e.g. Planon;
  • Good knowledge of Switchboard systems, e.g. PeterConnects;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  • English skills level C1 (according to the "self-assessment grid" available on the Europass website: https://europa.eu/europass/en);
  • German skills level C1 (according to the "self-assessment grid" available on the Europass website: https://europa.eu/europass/en).
