Job Introduction

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic FM Service Desk Agent to join our team in Frankfurt
Main Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Handling Incoming Calls in English and in German
- Service Request Ticket Management
- Meeting Room & Service Bookings
- Customer Support & Communication
- Collaboration with FM Teams
- Continuous Improvement
Successful Candidate
- Secondary school graduation (preferably high school graduation / Abitur) plus professional education
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience and in case of existing academic study
- 2 years of professional experience in relevant fields
- Excellent customer service skills as well as very good communication and diplomacy skills
- Basic knowledge of Facility Management standards
- Good knowledge of invitation management and processes for conferences meetings and of respective tools
- Good knowledge of ticket systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Advanced (C1/C2) proficiency in both English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
