We currently have an exciting opportunity for Unified Communication Engineers, based in Brussels.
Main Responsibilities
The key persons should be specialised in:
- Telephony,
- Visio-Conference
- TV-Distribution
Minimum 5 years of recent experience in telecom projects and operations
in the domain of his specialisation: telephony, TV-distribution, or videoconference.
In-depth experience with the technical aspects of project management,
incident resolution and problem management in the domain of his
specialisation.
Successful Candidate
The key person has:Up-to-date knowledge in his domain of competence;
- Certified for Cisco CUCM operations
- In-depth know-how of corporate telephony systems: architecture, numbering plan, routing plan, taxation system, complex user-
configurations,…
- Deep knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications solutions and
concepts with hands-on functionality and availability/performance troubleshooting knowledge, including;
- Call Manager
- Unity
- IM&P
- Voice Gateways
- CCNA-Collaboration or any VoIP-related certification would be an
asset
Attitudes and Skills:

- High sense of responsibility
- Systematic, also under time-pressure
- High degree of autonomy
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of French and/or English (in speech and reading/writing)
- Excellent writing and communication skills
