We are hiring a Web Operational Manager for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics) in Brussels. DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

Role Responsibility

DESCRIPTION OF TASKS
 Collect information from various sources (written information, business users, developers &
analysts) in order to define/create the required material in accordance with the means of
communication selected and the needs of the final user.
 Assist in designing a modern, improved, user-friendly and smart version of the main reference documents (eg. Programme Guide)
 Organize and keep up-to-date content of the main knowledge-sharing online platforms of the decentralized Erasmus+ programme
 Writing user guides/documentation/newsletters about the information systems used for internal
and external stakeholders
 Prepare material and deliver training specifically design for the diverse users on information
systems on different formats (eg. Webinars, user guides, coaching)
 Administrate on-line community forum and monitor collaborative tools providing content and
additional information when requested.

Successful Candidate

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

 Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
 Experience managing collaborative knowledge-sharing online platforms and supporting online communities.
 Knowledge of Confluence wiki, Jira, Teams and experience with Blackboard Collaborate
 Knowledge of web languages and tools (e.g.. html, flash)
 Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting
capability and experience in working in team.
 Knowledge in end user assistance of information systems

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

The total time of experience required for the specific expertise can be covered as a whole by the different domains:
 Proven experience producing user guides/documentation (incl. e-learning modules) (min 3
years)
 Proven experience managing and updating documents translated in several languages
 Training and coaching
 Good knowledge of and professional experience with html, flash, Confluence wiki, Jira and
Teams (min 3 years)
