Role Responsibility
DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS
Tools/ Methodologies used in the unit
o MS Teams, IntelliJ, JIRA, Confluence.
o PM2@EC, Agile@EC.
o Domain Driven Architecture, test Driven Development, continuous integration.
Tasks
o Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements, drafting of analysis deliverables,
UML modelling;
o Design of wireframes and mock-ups (or other visual prototyping) which lead to intuitive user
experience and translation of business concepts into system interface;
o Specifications and design of user interfaces and navigation maps;
o Development, testing and maintenance of software applications;
o Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, architectural considerations,
applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices with Java Enterprise & front-end
technologies, enterprise & web content management, XML, interoperability, multi-device
development etc.;
o Data analysis and data modelling;
Successful Candidate
Education and technical expertise
o Deep knowledge in the domain of Java Enterprise technology;
o Capability to write clear and structured technical documents;
o Knowledge of interoperability technology (e.g. web services, message oriented middleware,
service bus);
o Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, very good communication skills;
o Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment;
o Analysis of requirements, drafting of analysis deliverables, UML modelling, and prototyping.
Specific expertise
o Java EE 8;
o Java tools and frameworks: Spring Boot 2.4.x, Spring Data 2.5.x, Spring 5.3.x, Spring Security 5.5.x, Hibernate 5.4.x, JPA 2.4.x;
o Web services (SOAP, REST) and Web Socket;
o Java Message Service (Queues and Topics);
o Oracle RDBMS 12.x;
o Front-end frameworks: Angular 7 or higher, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, ngRX, TypeScript,
PrimeNg, Bootstrap, Angular Materialize;
o JSON, XML, XSLT, XPath, etc.;
o Agile software development methodologies and SCRUM;
o Continuous integration and build environment: Jenkins, Hudson, Maven, Bamboo, Fisheye,
Crucible, NodeJS, Git or SVN, Selenide, Cucumber, JUnit or similar;
o Continuous Security Assurance: Fortify, SonarQube, OWASP DependencyChecks.
Languages
o The consultant has to be fluent in English.
o Documents will be written in English.
