Role Responsibility

The key person will be responsible for:

• Provision of expert advice and assistance to prepare the business needs (user and  functional requirements) 

• Development of an advanced excel file or database to store information related to  transactions with NAs in a standardised way (mandatory administrative information  for the delegation agreements, dates and amounts related to various transactions such  as commitments, pre-financing payments, yearly reports, clearing of cost claims and  recovery orders). 

• Development of monitoring reports to rapidly retrieve information on the progress  linked to these transactions (per national agency, per year, per programme, etc.).

Successful Candidate

The key person should have:

• In depth knowledge of large organization administrative business processes, 

• Rapid self-starting capacity, 

• Ability to interact with colleagues in a multi-lingual environment, 

• Very good knowledge of English and French (writing, speaking and comprehension 

• Very good knowledge of Excel, Access, MySQL or other database software.

• Fluent in EN (speaking and writing) 

• Fluent in FR (speaking and writing)
