We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Technology Expert, based in Brussels.

Role Responsibility

The key person will be responsible for:

• Office365 systems management & administration;

• Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, evaluation studies, architectural considerations, applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices in a specific area of ICT infrastructure technology (Sharepoint Sites collection administration, enterprise & web content management, XML, portals, business process management and rule execution engines, interoperability, business activity monitoring);

• Provision of expert advice on maintenance & expansion of collaborative suite of services (Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint, Azure Active Directory, Intune & Stream);

• Provision of vision document on Enterprise Microsoft 365 environments ;

• Change management & implementation to M365 environment ;

• Provide expert advice on any O365 complex issues or user needs ;

• Elaboration of O365 training documentation for endusers, for ICTs & for high-level users;

• Provide status updates to project managers;

• Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements and business case analysis related to Sharepoint & Cloud environments

• Elaboration of vision documents focused upon infrastructure components

• Risk analysis for our Cloud Environments

• Review of Information Systems Infrastructure Architectures

• Evaluate new and existing products to address customer requirements and develop recommendations where appropriate.

Successful Candidate

The key person should have:

• Deep knowledge in Microsoft tools, Microsoft 365 & Office 365 Suite;

• Strong expertise in Exchange Online platform management;

• Expertise in Microsoft Advanced Threat Protection tools;

• Expertise in Microsoft Azure Active Directory;

• Strong expertise in Sharepoint Site Collection design & management.

• 4+ years of related experience in Office 365;

• Cloud SAAS solutions implementation & management ;

• Strong scripting skillset managing Office 365 and Azure AD with PowerShell;

• Capability to write clear and structured technical documents;

• Office 365 / Microsoft 365 certifications would be a plus;

• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, very good communication skills;

• Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment.
