Role Responsibility

As Technical Writer you will be responsible of:
- Writing processes and procedures
- Writing User Guides for new applications.
- Writing scripts for short video training tutorials
- Documenting Frequently Asked Questions for new applications.
- Maintaining existing User guides
- Maintaining existing Frequently Asked Questions
- Maintaining content in knowledge management systems: Web pages, e-learning contents, wikis, etc. for updating information on FAQs, procedures, news, etc.
- Coordinating document translation requests

Successful Candidate
Analysis and technical skills
- Very good skills in all of the MS office applications, HTML and other graphics editing software such as Adobe Indesign and related packages
- Excellent grammar and writing skills in English and French
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certified (or where absent, a (TM-1 or FP-2) penalty may apply and the certification must be passed within 3 months after the start of the contract)
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the IT sector
- Demonstrated experience in writing and communications tasks
Language and communication skills
- Fluent in both English/French both written and oral
- German would be an asset
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
