We are hiring a Site Manager for our prestigious partner Defence in Heverlee.

Role Responsibility

Are you looking to secure a career in a public sector environment? We would love to hear from you! 

As Site Manager you will be responsible for:

  • You are the head of the site management team and responsible for the entire site team.
  • In this role you will be supported by a Services Manager and Chief Engineer that reports to you.
  • You will immediately report to operation director of Serco Defence.
  • You monitor that all operations are performed in a safe manner and you make sure that the KPIs and contractual SLAs are achieved with guarantee of service quality.
  • You are the key person for ensuring an outstanding relationship with the customer on site.
  • You are in charge of the administration on site and will monitor the customer’s budget.

Successful Candidate

To successfully fulfill this position, it is essential that you have an operational background in hard and soft Facility Management (FM) services and can reflect on a successful experience record. 

At Serco we believe that FM is all about converting specialized knowledge into services that are performed with passion by our people. We understand that our people in the field make the difference and we support them as much as possible.

In this role we’re looking for a team leader with a service attitude and with flawless communication skills (French / Dutch / English). You are also good at dynamically managing, coaching and training the team.
