We are looking for a Service Manager in anticipation of winning a tender to reinforce the team in our Italy office and to oversee operations across four sites located in Northern Italy. In this role, you will be the key point of contact responsible for ensuring seamless integration and coordination across all sites, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and addressing any service disruptions or areas for improvement.

Main Responsibilities
The Service Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for the services provided on the 4 sites located in the North of Italy and first level of escalation in case of disservices or requests for improvement.
- Provides added value as it guarantees integration between the sites (movement of personnel between the sites, coordination of activities as requested by Leonardo, single point of contract between the four sites).
- Responsible for periodic Service Reviews with the customer.
- Responsible for reporting to the customer and management of non-conformities issued following inspections/audits.
Successful Candidate
The minimum requirements for the role are
- Italian mother tongue
- Fluent written and spoken English, Knowledge of MS office instruments, including planning tools,
- Secondary School or (preferable) University Degree
- Deep experience in contract management in difficult environment; Experience in Military/Defence (minimum 5 years); knowledge of the Space/Defence context.
- Proven experience in service management of complex projects in an international environment.
- Strong financial management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance and quality management standards."
- Flexibility to travel; ability to work in flexible mode; good communicator and team worker.
