We currently have an exciting opportunity for a FM Service Desk Operator, based in Heverlee, Belgium
The FM Service Desk operators are primarily responsible to acceptance and transfer of incoming external or internal telephone calls, register tickets for FM service & general maintenance requests, book meeting rooms and additional meeting services such as catering.
Specific experience preferred but applications welcome from persons with a background in IT Support, Hotel Administration and Customer Service.
The Ideal Candidate
The qualifications of the FM Service Desk operator have to include the following
- Secondary school graduation plus any additional education a bonus.
- Ability to be Security cleared as you’ll be working on a military complex.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in a Service Desk, IT Support or Customer Service position (Dutch/English & French speaking)
- Basic knowledge of FM ticketing tools would be an advantage (Topdesk, Planon)
- Knowledge of Switchboard systems e.g. CISCO;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Very good communication and customer service skills;
- English skills fluent / level C1 min
- Dutch skills fluent / level C1 min
- French skills fluent / level B2 min

Serco are hiring a FM Service Desk Operator to work within a Military complex based in Heverlee.
39 hour week – covering shift 07:00 – 19:00
Good salary 2100/2200 per month + benefits, including, meal vouchers, 20+6 days holiday entitlement.
Good public transport links to the work location.
