Role Responsibility

Due to increasing needs, we are growing our team and therefore we are looking for an IT Service Desk Agent, who will providel user guidance and support regarding the use of information systems. You will have to follow-up incidents related to information systems, users’ requests and bug reports.

You’ll be responsible to maintain existing User Guides or create new ones and to maintain content in knowledge database system. 

Successful Candidate

If you are an experienced IT Service Desk Agent (minimum Bachelor degree and minimum 10 years of experience), with proven knowledge in end user assistance and support of information systems, then we want to hear from you!

Naturally you’ll need to have IT skills, with a good knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks. Ideally, you’ll also be qualified in Cisco and Atlassian JIRA.

As we are an international team, you have to be able to work in English and follow protocol and instructions. French is considered as an asset.
