Successful Candidate
Education and Experience
- 4 year degree in Computer Science related Degree and 8 years experience in Management of IT services. (In the absence of a degree each candidate will have an additional two years experience per annum of missing higher education)
- PRINCE2 or ITIL certified
- 8 years experience as Team Leader with 5 years of those coming as a Service Delivery Manager role
- 5 years experience with PRINCE2 and/or ITIL certified
- 5 years experience with certification such as ITIL V3 certified (Foundation + expert RCV + expertOSA)
- French - C1 level
- English - B2 level
