Role Responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Service reporting
- Production of Monthly, quarterly and annual reports on SLAs and KPIs on differ framework contracts with different standards (a deep/good knowledge of Excel is required);
- SLA management: ensure SLAs are reached: follow-up of deadlines, monitor
- Service Providers supervision:
Assist Contract Manager in HR related tasks;
- Follow-up of staff absence
- Follow-up and organisation of staff training
- Coordination and organisation of staff missions
- Administrative assistance
Administrative assistance to the contract manager: in charge of service meeting notes, quality check of internal documents,…
Autonomous, solution oriented, eager to learn and open to follow regular trainings.

Under the supervision of a Contract Manager the Service Delivery Coordinator will work on times and means contracts provided at the Customer
Relocation support available if applicable.
