Successful Candidate

Education and Experience

• 4 year degree in Computer Science related subject and 10 years experience in Systems Management. (In the absence of a degree each candidate will have an additional two years experience per annum of missing higher education)
• MCSA or MCSE/Equivalent
• 10 years experience in use of Monitoring Tools
• 10 years knowledge and experience with log monitoring tools in different IT environments
• 10 years experience with deployment tools in different IT environments using tools such as WSUS, SCCM, Microsoft Deployment toolkit
• 10 years experience with antivirus management such as Bitdefender, McAfee
• 6 years experience in Windows Scripting, including VBS, PowerShell and Batch
• 6 years experience in networking protocols such as TCP/IP, SMTP, POP3, SNMP, HTTP and networking hardware
• 10 years experience with monitoring tools in different IT environments such as SCOM 2007, 2012, Nagios, WhatsUp
• 10 years experience in deploying in different IT environments using tools such as WSUS, SCCM, Microsoft Deployment toolkit, LANDesk
• 10 years experience in Backup and recovery solutions using tools such as Windows NT Backup, Arcserve Backup, Symantec, LEGATO
• 6 years experience in the implementation and maintenance of High availability and Disaster Recovery solutions, including use of clustering and load balancing
• 10 years experience with Microsoft operating systems such as Windows Server 2003,2008, 2012, 2016, Windows Client XP, 7, 8, 10
• 5 years experience in VMWARE virtualisation
• 5 years experience implementing and maintenance of secure infrastructure for Defence, Government or financial organisations
• 5 years experience in ITIL environment
• French - C1 level
• English - B2 level
