Job Introduction

We are looking for a Senior Strategic Advisor to support our client to address its strategic and transformational challenges.
Main Responsibilities
Objective:
A highly experienced Senior Advisor is sought to support a client in addressing strategic and transformational challenges. The successful candidate will work to develop and implement the "Raising the Bar" strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client to update its strategy, focusing on organizational development, improved efficiency, and cost containment.
- Facilitate alignment with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Provide expert guidance to help the client achieve its strategic objectives.
Successful Candidate
Educational requirements
Mandatory:
- University degree in Management
- Specialisation obtained through a Master in Business Administration at a leading European business school
Mandatory languages:
- English plus another European language
Technical/professional qualification and Experience/skills required
Mandatory:
- At least 20 years’ experience in the domain of strategy development, organisational transformation, people strategy, cost and efficiency programmes for large public and private entities in the air transportation.
- Experience in the European air transportation sector, including strategic advice to the different participants in at least 2 of the following sectors: airlines, airports, air navigation service providers, regulators in the area of aviation, ministries in the area of aviation.
- Experience advising top management of a public International Organisation on strategic, organisational, people and costs topics.
Desirable:
- In addition to the specific European experience, it would be desirable experience in the air transportation sector in other regions (e.g. Middle East, Americas.
