We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Software Engineering ‐ Front end development,  based in Brussels.

Role Responsibility

We are looking for a dynamic person who is proactive and is able to take initiatives. You will be in contact with other front-end or mobile developers, share experience and establish best practices You will also participate in the establishment of reusable components.

You will be responsible for:

• Functional analysis of business requirements and business processes
• Functional analysis and definition of user requirements
• Technical analysis and specification of business processes
• Technical analysis and specification of user requirements
• Technical analysis and specification of applications
• Architecture of applications
• Prototyping
• Design and development of applications
• Design and development of user interfaces
• Design and development of service and component models and their interfaces
• Design and development of middleware components
• Design and development of relational databases
• Proofs of concept
• Implementation and customisation of applications
• Implementation and customisation of databases
• Implementation of security defined for applications
• Definition of test strategies, design and test of applications
• Maintenance (corrective, adaptive and perfective) of applications
• Technical assessment of technologies and/or related products
• Functional and technical documentation
• Functional and technical training
• Support of applications (2nd/3rd tier)
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Reporting

Successful Candidate

You should have:

• At least 3 years of proven experience with Angular 4+ and Typescript
• At least 1 year of proven experience with Angular8 +
• At least 3 years HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap3 - with an emphasis on writing clean, compliant code
• At least 1 year experience with PrimeNG
• Ability to work on a web-application site collaboratively with a team of developers using GIT repositories and Atlassian stack tools (Jira/Confluence/Bamboo/etc.)
• Experience with creating responsive web designs for mobile platforms or hybrid mobile apps (Ionic platform is a plus)
• A solid understanding of UX best practices
• Experience with CSS systems such as SASS to compile style files
• A deep knowledge of web accessibility standards.
• Any experience with Java backend development (Spring Boot and Hibernate) is an advantage
• English is used as main language you must have very good communication skills (orally and written) in English. French communication skills are an advantage.
