Senior Internal Recruiter / Recruitment Manager Defence

We’re looking for a Recruitment Manager/Senior Recruiter to reinforce the team in our Brussels office!

Owing to several newly acquired projects, we are expanding our team. As our new Senior recruiter you’ll provide direct support to the Recruitment Director, supporting strategy and managing Senior hires throughout our European business.

Role Responsibility

Working alongside the European Recruitment Director to provide valuable support to our internal Recruitment capability. 

Support internal Recruitment needs throughout our European business, actively sourcing, qualifying and closing candidates.

Liaising / managing relationships with Stakeholders throughout the business.

Support and develop Recruitment Strategy throughout our EU business.

Support and develop the European D&I strategy. 

 

Successful Candidate

Min three years of experience of working in fast paced/target driven recruitment environment.

FULL CANDIDATE & CLIENT lifecycle responsibility – INCLUDING CANDIDATE CLOSE.

Experience and/or capability of Recruiting a broad range of profiles. 

Experience in a team lead / coaching role would be an asset. 

Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment, liaising effectively with Serco managers based on-site at locations across Europe. 

Excellent phone/F2F negotiation, influence and closing skills.

Ability to manage a large number of live opportunities at any time.

Stress resistant.

I.T. proficiency including MS Office, Outlook. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Job Boards and Video interview systems would be an asset but training will be provided.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Additional language skills such as French, Dutch, Italian, Czech or German would be an asset.
