Recruitment Administrator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator, based in Noordwijk.

Role Responsibility

The successful post folder will focus on the following tasks:

  • In cooperation with the Recruitment Team, the Recruitment Administrator provides general support to the general recruitment process;
  • He/she will support multiple projects in the recruitment portfolio;
  • The duties include the performance of general administration and specific tasks for the projects (e.g. reporting, communication coordination, etc.).
  • The specific tasks assigned to this duty mainly comprise the preparation of various types of formal project-related documents, such as status reports, submission documents,  approval requests and the review and tracking of project-related documents;
  • Record all information relating to the recruitment process and provide this information on request; update both candidate & customer information and store / maintain template documents
  • To liaise with HR with paperwork documentation required/related for new starters;
  • Record Candidate and Customer communication on the internal Database system;
  • Ensure the proper setup and follow up of Recruitment related meetings. The duty includes the proper capturing of important discussion items, preparation of minutes and follow up of any  logistical arrangements and preparation of meetings;
  • Undertake administrative tasks related to projects in strict compliance with Serco’s  administrative regulations and legal constraints;
  • Any other additional tasks related to the projects or the overall management of the portfolio

Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate should have: 

  • Formal administrative qualification or equivalent work experience to perform the tasks above.
  • Formal commercial / vocational qualification or formal qualifications in business studies, administration or another relevant subject;
  • Demonstrable experience in assisting and supporting the recruitment process within an international  environment as described in the tasks above;
  • Ability to follow administrative procedures, and understand the underlying processes.
