We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager, based in Brussels.
The key person will be responsible for:
Elaboration and maintenance of IS quality control procedures.
Provision of quality plans and service level agreements.
Provision of Acceptance test plans.
IS Quality control and evaluation.
Provision of quality studies, quality assessments or other quality matters associated with information system projects.
Definition, elaboration and management of quality tests.
Definition of test plans, test scenarios and test cases.
Advice on quality improvements.
Assistance in the implementation of project management methodology.
Execution of continuous and acceptance testing, either manually, through automated tools (front-end testing, back-end services testing).
Establishing testing scenarios and automated scripts, following testing techniques and quality conventions.
The Ideal Candidate
The key person should have:
Good knowledge of IS quality assurance process and quality control practices (desired ISTQB certification).
Good knowledge of the automated testing (front-end and/or back-end test automation).
Good knowledge of testing tools (Selenium/Ranorex, Postman, JIRA, Confluence, SoapUI, SonarQube, JUnit, JMeter,..).
Web-based application testing, REST/SOAP service testing.
Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.
Capacity to write clear and structural technical documents (test plans, test strategies,test cases, test reports, etc).
Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self- starting capability and experience in working in team.
Knowledge of SQL, Oracle, Linux would be a plus.
Knowledge of interoperability and messaging mechanisms (SOAP, WS-Security) would be a plus.
Excellent written and oral command of English and/or French.
