We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager, based in Brussels.

Role Responsibility

Tasks

• Manage projects in the context of the Security Assurance Development Plan 2019-2022
• Propose future services and manage their lifecycle from Service Strategy to Service Operation
• Translate service provisioning to projects and prepare all the necessary project artefacts
• Estimate the cost, time plan, and necessary resources of each assigned project
• Communicate the project details to different internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor project execution, report the progress, and propose corrective actions where needed
• Guide the project team, follow-up their tasks and ensure the quality of the deliverables
• Manage the changes that the projects introduce through proper change management procedures
• Initiate activities to improve existing services
• Participation in user, service and project meetings

Successful Candidate

Education and technical expertise

• Proven knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBOK or PM2, through relevant training or certification
• Proven knowledge of ITIL or ISO20000, through relevant training or certification
• Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites and social networks
• Excellent communication / writing skills
• Good reporting methods
• Ability to give presentations
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills
• Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team; leadership capability

Specific expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing projects based on PRINCE2, PMBOK or PM2 methodology
