We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager, based in Brussels.

 

Role Responsibility

The key person will be responsible for:

  • Project's finalisation, risk analysis and reporting, ensure the monitoring and organisation 

  •  Calculate the different costs of the project, monitor the schedule and the budget in order to avoid any extra costs so that the budget match the requested mission 

  •  Assist the persons in the development and implementation of the project, verification of the work carried out 

  •  Evaluation of the global budget and specific needs in order to comply with the agreements of the contract. 

  •  Managing the updates of the project plan, the maintenance and reporting.

  •  Manage the procedures change in order to be compliant with the project initiators 

  •  Provide inspiring leadership to members so that each person gives the best of his technical know- how

  • Attend technical meetings to manage the status of the projects 

  •  Take care of the use of information system to meet business requirement, using the values and skills requested, in accordance with deadlines, schedule and budget agreements 

Successful Candidate

The key person should have:

  •  Good knowledge of project management standards 

  •  Good knowledge of security standards 

  •  Knowledge of security management methodologies and tools 

  •  Good experience with quality procedures 

  •  Experience in process and requirement analysis 

  •  Strong capacity in preparing and writing studies 

  •  Strong capacity to give high level presentations 

  •  Track activities against the plan 

  •  Ability to apply high quality standards 

  •  Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator 

  • Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self- starting capability and experience in working in a team, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions 

  •  Leadership capability.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the technical security area 

  •  Strong experience in IT security and automation 

  •  Proven experience with quality procedures 

  •  Strong experience in the realization of studies 

  •  Excellent written and oral command of English and French 

  •  Strong knowledge and experience in physical access technology products and tools (NEDAP is an asset) 

  •  Good knowledge/experience in electronics is an asset 

  •  Good knowledge and experience in Video management 

  •  Evaluations and integration of new security IP products (Cameras) and tools;
