Serco offers space capability across the full space lifecycle.  We are supporting end-to-end operations and the entire lifecycle of the satellite from conception to launch. In Europe, Serco provides Front End and User Services, Satellite & Ground Systems Engineering and Operations, support to astronomy and planetary missions along with their scientific archives, Data Processing and Quality Control, Earth Observation Data Access and Exploitation, Ground Segment Infrastructure operations.

On behalf of our client, the European Space Agency, we are looking for a highly skilled Personnel Security Administrator to work in ESA-ESRIN, in Frascati, Italy. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage secretarial and administrative service for security activities.
  • Coordinate activities and travels of the Head of Service.
  • Prepare meetings and manage the time/schedule of senior staffs.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Successful Candidate

  • University Degree (Bach. or above) in Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a security or administrative capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Proficiency in handling ESA/EU classified information up to the ESA/EU Secret level.
  • Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of another EU member state language is an asset.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the EU.
  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Personal Security Clearance.
