Job Introduction

We are looking for a Management System Support (Knowledge and Quality)  to join our team on site at our client, the European Space Agengy ESA-ESTEC in the Nertherlands, Noordwijk.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide management support to ensure efficient operations of knowledge and quality systems within the organization.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of management system procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Assist in quality control processes, ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained and meets the required standards.
  • Work closely with various departments to manage and improve knowledge-sharing frameworks and practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of management processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Successful Candidate

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in management systems, knowledge-sharing platforms, and quality assurance processes.
  • Competences:
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with quality control processes and standards (e.g., ISO certifications).
  • Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to improve knowledge management.
  • Familiarity with management systems, audits, and compliance procedures.
