Junior Recruitment Officer - Dutch

Job Introduction

Looking for a highly motivated graduate with fluent Dutch who is looking for an introduction into recruitment and valuable job experience. The work will involve contacting potential clients for a variety of different support roles within the Belgian military. Training will be provided.

Role Responsibility

Finding clients for a number of different roles within the Belgian military; actively sourcing candidates, assessing qualifications, dealing with onboarding administration, liaising with contract managers and integrating into the team.

Successful Candidate

Motivated, enthusiastic, and comfortable when talking to people. A Bachelor's degree is necessary and evidence of extra-curricular activity a bonus. A native Dutch/Flemish speaker with English at C1 level who is confident at speaking on the phone and emailing.
