Junior IT Mobile User Support / Administrative Support

Role Responsibility

To reinforce our team at the Council of the European Union in Brussels we are currently looking for a Junior IT Support Assistant.

This is a superb opportunity for a candidate who is fluent in English and French to further enhance his/her career within an innovative and prestigious environment, based in central Brussels.

Main tasks

  • Provide assistance to the Mobility Solution Team – IT Mobile Solution Support;
  • Perform administrative tasks such as creating a Support Ticket and tracking through to completion;
  • Provide proximity administrative support, handle telephone calls and emails;
  • Communicate with different graded users from VIP down to simplest user.

Successful Candidate

  • Team player with experience in working in a team environment;
  • Advanced smart phone User knowledge of different Operating Systems (Win7, iOS);
  • Highly user oriented with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Capable of working with civil servants in this kind of environment;
  • Flexibility: occasional overtime work is required.

Language & communication skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (at least level C1).
