Job Introduction

We are hiring a IT Talent Acquisition Specialist for European Commission in Brussels and various locations around Europe.
Main Responsibilities
As an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract IT professionals for high-profile clients.
- Partner with the sourcing Team lead, hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier IT talent.
- Manage proactively and independently the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate identification to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Draft job adds, submission documentation as per client requirements.
Successful Candidate
LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- 3 years of proven previous experience in IT talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on sourcing for government agencies or international organizations.
- Demonstrated previous experience using sourcing platforms and tools (including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Deep understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills both with clients and candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with tight schedules and deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or Dutch (or other EU languages) is a plus.
