ICT Service Desk Support Specialist

To reinforce our team at one of our prestigious customers in Canary Wharf, London, we are currently looking for an ICT Service Desk Support Specialist.
Role Responsibility
- The pre-requisites for the position are being able to demonstrate strong PC Support knowledge skills (Software and Hardware) as well as providing demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.
Successful Candidate
- Minimum: ONE year Service Desk Experience
- Excellent knowledge in Windows 7 and Office 2010, (One note experience would be a bonus).
- Experience of rebuilding machines - Also experience moving PCs, Printers etc.
- Good at solving technical issues.
- Great communication skills via email and telephone.
- Professional qualifications such as an MCSE or one or more individual MCP modules would be sufficient, as would the CompTIA A+ qualification.
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Min ONE year Service Desk Experience
- A + Comp or Technical degree
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Good knowledge Windows 7
- Active Directory
Shifts
- Monday - Friday 7.00am until 15.30pm; 10.00am until 18.30pm
- Technical skills include: Windows 2003, Windows 2008, MS Office, Active Directory,
- It is fundamental that the candidate has an excellent command of oral and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills + motivation are key factors in securing this position.
