Role Responsibility

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst for an exciting 6 month project. The ideal candidate will have a mix of HR generalist experience, basic knowledge of HR processes and systems, and the ability to support the project manager in requirements gathering. This role requires skill in analysing, capturing and documenting requirements while providing essential support to the project team.

 

As HR Business Analyst you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborate with and support the Project Manager in gathering current state of HR processes, gather  requirements for future solutions and understanding project objectives.
  • Utilize HR generalist experience to provide insights into HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, compensation, and benefits.
  • Assist in identifying optimization opportunities within existing HR processes and contribute recommendations for enhancement.
  • Support stakeholders from various business units in validating requirements and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Capture and document HR system requirements, encompassing functionalities, user needs, and integration specifications.
  • Assist in creating detailed requirement specifications and reports to facilitate the development and implementation of HR system solutions.
  • Conduct gap analyses between current HR systems and anticipated future requirements.

Successful Candidate

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist, providing foundational knowledge of HR processes and practices.
  • Basic understanding of HR systems such as HRIS, talent management software, and payroll systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to support project managers in requirement gathering and project coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a dynamic project environment.

Language Requirement:

  • Proficiency in both English and German is preferred
