Pour les besoins d’un nouveau contrat d’aide et d’accueil aux personnes dans la région de Charleroi, nous recherchons pour constituer notre réserve de recrutement de 4 Entretien Du Terrain / Hommes À Tout Faire (H/F).
For the purposes of two new hospitality contracts based in the region of Charleroi and also Anderlecht municipality, we are looking to recruit 4 Grounds Maintenance / Handymen (M/F).
Main Responsibilities

- Vous réparer et entretenez l’intérieur et l’extérieur du centre d’accueil tout en respectant les standards de qualité, propreté, sureté et sécurité
- Vous réalisez les travaux de routine (peindre, nettoyage des moquettes et sols, travail de calfeutrage, etc)
- Vous réalisez des réglages mineurs sur le système de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation, sur les fournitures des chambres, les installations et autres éléments
- Inspection visuelle permanente du centre d’accueil et des terrains annexes
- Vous réalisez des opérations de maintenance à vocation préventive
- Lors de réparations majeures nécessaires, la direction du centre doit en être informée
- Si nécessaire, votre aide pourra être demandée dans d’autres secteurs du centre
Description of the function:
- You repair and maintain the interior and exterior of the centre while following standards for quality, cleanliness, safety and security.
- You perform routine maintenance such as painting, carpet/floor cleaning, caulking, etc.
- You perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items in the centre
- You make visual inspections of building grounds continually
- You perform duties of the company’s preventative maintenance program
- You report major repair needs to the centre director
- You assist in other areas of the centre as needed
Successful Candidate
Votre profil:
- Baccalauréat ou équivalent
- Plusieurs années d’expérience dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans un bâtiment ayant la même taille que le centre d’accueil
- Vous maîtrisez le français et/ou le néerlandais
- La connaissance de l’anglais et de l’arabe est un sérieux atout
- Connaissances basiques dans le travail de plomberie, peinture, CVC, dans le domaine électrique et autres aptitudes d’entretien
- Vous pouvez porter une charge supérieure à 23kg seul et à 64kg avec une aide
- Vous gérez et organisez votre temps de manière professionnelle
- Vous agissez avec intégrité
- La connaissance de la langue anglaise représente un atout
Your profile:
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You have several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar sized building;
- You speak French and/or Dutch.
- Knowledge of English and Arabic would be an asset.
- You have basic working knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, and/or other general repair skills
- You are able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 140 pounds with assistance
- You have very good organization and time management skills
- You act with integrity;
- Knowledge of English would be an asset
