We are hiring a Full stack Technology Expert, in Angular, Java and J2EE technologies for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics) in Brussels. DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

• Provision of expert advice and assistance, technology watch, architectural considerations,
applicable standards, solution patterns and best practices in Angular, J2EE, Web services and
• Providing solution options
• Development of applications (full stack) using the technologies / tools mentioned in the specific expertise.
• Perform level 2 and level 3 support tasks.
• Review of Information Systems Infrastructure Architectures.
• Performing PoC in the requested technologies.
• Participation in user, service and project meetings.
• Create / update documentation as part of knowledge management
Education and Technical expertise
Level of education corresponding to Level 7 of the European Qualifications Framework (which typically corresponds to a master’s level or 5 years of higher education).
In-depth knowledge (minimum 3 years for level 0 up to 13 years for level 5) of experience in the following domains:
• Deep knowledge in one or more domains of the study required for the function
• Capability to write clear and structured technical documents.
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, very good communication skills and able to work in a team.
• Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment.
• Ability to apply high quality standards
• Strive for innovation and open to new trends.
Full stack Technology Expert, in Angular, Java and J2EE technologies, with minimum 7 years specific expertise.
• Good experience in Angular.
• Good experience & knowledge of latest trends in Java, J2EE, Spring framework, Oracle, SQL, HTML, XML, XSD.
• Good knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST).
• Good experience in working in an Agile team.
• Experience with the following tools/ frameworks: Maven, GIT.
• Good knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Micro Services is an asset
• Experience in PKI is an asset.
